Shallow Mindz was formed in 2005, out of the ashes of established bands like : Cydonnia, One Nite Stand, and Shame Shame.  Lead singer Jiri Dirda, teamed up with guitarist and long time friend Marco Ricciardi and drummer Chris "GF" Launier to become the core of what would become Shallow Mindz. The band wanted a no rules attitude about making rock music. 

Instead of being stuck in one specific sub section of Rock, they blend styles and then they add surprises to the mix. Shallow Mindz has added Jiri's former band mate from Shame Shame, John Autry, to write and play keyboards. Jiri has stepped up to play bass following the departure of our previous bass player.  No matter what the line up Shallow Mindz always is a crowd favorite. The band has been called the Metal Pink Floyd, by many fans.

Shallow Mindz is currently writing and recording new songs

for their second cd "Reflection".   Reflection will include songs like:

Brand New Day, Selfish, Heaven Or Hell,

Beware Of The Bite, and Insane.
